Newlook Coatings is a UK protective-coatings business covering UPVC spraying for residential and intumescent fire-protection coatings for commercial. Two very different audiences, two very different sales cycles, one ad budget.
The retainer covers the marketing website, two parallel Google Ads campaigns (Search), a dedicated PPC landing page at /lp/fire-protection that's separated from organic traffic, GA4 + conversion tracking, and monthly performance reporting.
Conversion actions are wired to phone clicks and lead form fills, with separate target CPLs for each audience: £30-50 for residential UPVC leads, £50-100 for fire-protection enquiries where job values run £5k-£50k+.
